Dearonne Bethea - Founder
Dearonne Bethea is a U.S. Army veteran and former Chief Warrant Officer 4 who turned his military discipline into entrepreneurial success. He founded Band of Brothers Investment Group and manages over $200 million in assets. As CEO and founder of Treazure Studios, he champions veteran empowerment through business ownership and mentorship. Dearonne’s personal mission—“100 businesses, 100 income streams”—reflects his commitment to financial freedom. He built Treazure as a franchise blueprint to help other entrepreneurs, lifestyle professionals, and veterans launch generational wealth. A nationally recognized veteran business leader, he actively mentors others in real estate and entrepreneurship. His leadership style combines battlefield focus with boardroom strategy.
Kenneth Athans
Kenneth Athans is a retired U.S. Navy Captain with 30 years of service, including command of a destroyer squadron. After transitioning from the military, he became a successful entrepreneur and real estate investor. As co-owner of Treazure Studios, Ken brings strategic leadership and a mission-driven focus to empower fellow veterans through franchise ownership. He is known for turning military discipline into operational excellence across multiple ventures. Ken has helped shape Treazure Studios into a platform rooted in teamwork, accountability, and community impact. His leadership ensures the brand maintains high standards while remaining accessible to aspiring veteran entrepreneurs. Jim Bizily
Jim Bizily is a veteran and 25-year vacation rental industry leader. He founded I Love Vacations and co-founded multiple tech and real estate ventures, including Streamline and Bizcor. Now a co-owner of Treazure Studios, Jim applies his business acumen to help veterans thrive as franchise owners and entrepreneurs. He brings deep operational and marketing expertise to the team.
